These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an organization, "You" or "Subscriber") and RouteIQ Pro ("we," "us," or "Company") governing your access to and use of the RouteIQ Pro school bus fleet management platform, including all associated software, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering for an account, electronically signing during the registration process, or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are acting; and (c) you agree to these Terms.
RouteIQ Pro provides a cloud-based school transportation management platform offering:
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. Material reductions in service functionality will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You shall immediately notify us at support@routeiqpro.cc of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Each subscription covers one (1) operational location or depot. Additional locations require separate subscriptions. Sharing account credentials across locations is prohibited.
Driver login credentials (District Code + PIN) are created and managed by the subscribing organization. You are responsible for the conduct of all users who access the Service using credentials you manage.
You may use the Service solely for your internal school transportation management operations. You may not use the Service for any competing transportation software business or resell access to the Service.

The current subscription fee is $2,800.00 USD per month per location. Fees are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your PayPal account on a recurring monthly basis. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.
If a payment fails, your account will be placed in "Past Due" status. You will have a ten (10) day grace period to update your payment method. After ten days without successful payment, access may be suspended. Your data is retained during suspension for up to sixty (60) days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We will provide at least sixty (60) days notice of any pricing changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Service, including all software, interfaces, documentation, and content created by RouteIQ Pro, is owned by RouteIQ Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you create, upload, or input into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant RouteIQ Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Privacy Agreement (DPA). These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We will handle student transportation data in accordance with FERPA and applicable state student privacy laws. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible and will be performed during off-peak hours.
Technical support is available via email at support@routeiqpro.cc. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within one (1) business day.
We maintain encrypted backups of your data. However, you are encouraged to periodically export your own data through the platform's download feature.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROUTEIQ PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RouteIQ Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the then-current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: (a) you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within ten (10) days of notice; (b) you engage in conduct that poses a security risk or legal liability; or (c) required by law.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. We will retain your data for thirty (30) days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted. Sections 6.1, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide thirty (30) days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and RouteIQ Pro regarding the Service.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
